UPDATE!

So, it’s been a whole week since I’ve started hip hop abs by Shawn T.

Improvment #1; My cardio is much much better. Before I couldn’t run with my dog for 5 minutes without being out of breath, but now, I’ve learned to control my breathing and I can run longer.

#2; It’s my time of the month (whoops hehe) and my stomach doesn’t feel bloted, I don’t feel puffy like I always do. 

#3: The sweat pain and burn from my workouts make me think twice about the food I eat. So I eat more fruits and try my best to avoid junk.

#3; Because of #3; I get hyper around 9pm and have a lot of energy due to me eating more fruits and not junk food, which gives me the boost to workout.

Anyone want to pass me a great recipie for a soup? :) Thanks
